On November, 27th, the Cardinals signed 3x All star Sonny Gray to a 3 year $75M contract. After losing Adam Wainwright the Cardinals starting rotation wasn't very good. But recently the Cardinals signed 10 year player Kyle Gibson to a 2 year $12M contract, so a good rotation is potentialy shaping out. Kyle Gibson the 1x All star had good stats in 2023 with a 4.73 ERA, and 157 strikeouts. RHP Sonny Gray on the other hand had great stats witha 2.79 ERA 183 strikeouts and a 1.15 WHIP. With the Cardinals having a top offense with Goldschmidt leading it, it won't be hard to catch up and make the playoffs in 2024.
