The Georgia Bulldogs got beaten by the Alabama Crimson Tide, 27-24, Dawgs a field goal away from tying it up. The Bulldogs see an end to their 29-game winning streak. Alabama will get the SEC title, even though the Dawgs were No. 1 and they were No. 8. The Dawgs just came unprepared and the Tide just swept them away.

Before the game, the Tide had a 11-1 record and Georgia had a 12-0 record. Now, they are evenly matched with 12-1 records.
